Main Feature and advantages:

1.The carton erecting machine is highly efficient. The working speed is 100-300pieces per minute. Use double forming stations design to produce different kind of boxes each station. It can do different size and shape boxes through changing mold.

2.Servo motor control the gluing and the gluing quantity can be regulated freely by the air pressure regulator.

3.The machine adopts paper vacuum suction system instead of belt feeding. The belt need be changed sometime and belt feeding also would damage the paper printing. The vacuum suction can suck almost all kinds of paper, but beltcannot.

4.Gluing pump system controls point gluing. No need add gluing regularly and save the glue cost.

5.Simple working steps includes paper sucking and forming(gluing meanwhile). Reduce the faults which are caused by complex and too many steps.

6.All of these main parts and electric control system adopts imported brand. Machine is controlled by PLC and operated through HMI to guarantee steady working

7.Because of new driving system, vacuum suction, and glue saving, cut the cost of consumptive material, eletricity. HBJ-D2000 is a greens environmental protection machine.

1.Q:Where is your factory? How can I get there? 
   A: We are located in Ruian City Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.
To Wenzhou Longwan airport by Air, from Shanghai is about 45mins,from Guangzhou is about 1hr 50mins and from Hongkong is about 2hrs.We will pick up you in the airport. 

2.Q:Can your machine be customized?
   A: Your better improvement suggestions are highly appreciated. Almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes, color, logo, package and so on. 

3.Q :What's the OLD(order lead time)? 
   A: For our standard model machines is about 30days after receiving your deposit.

4. Q: How about your package?
    A: Our machines are well wrapped by plastic film to be water proof first, then loading and fixing in a plywood case. If by FCL(full container loading) we might use the wooden pallet with plastic film wrapping, without plywood case.
